Review:	I read your piece on Ameriplan. I'd like to add this: I got their plan and they have been deducting $19.95 from my bank account. I decided to cancel as I wasn't using it. I called them and they refuse to cancel my account over the phone. That threw up a red flag. They said I had to cancel by sending a fax or mail to them. I sent a fax. They still deducted money out of my account. I called them. Of course, they deny they got the fax. So now I'm about to send a certified letter to them so I can prove they got it. The woman I spoke with laughed and said they get lots of complaints about this policy. I wonder how many people they are doing this to. Some one needs to stop them from doing this somehow. Any suggestions?
