Review:	I never had joined before but Some guy named Mike had joined using my credit card faudulently. I called Ameriplan and told them that I have lotd of charges of all over $150 and they had told me that Mike signed up. I told them I do not kno who tha is and they said well then call him and findout. So they gave me is website, phone number, email address, mailing address. I told them to cancel and they told me to fillout paperwork on line which did nothing. So I filled this report with my bank at Chevy Chase and told them everything. They called while I was sitting right there and the company refused a refund. The bank had told them that they know everything that has happened. The bank told them to cancel my account or my credit card would change which then I would automatically be canceld and they told the bank they canceled. Then the bank told them that they give a refund or they will personally take them to court with me after I had threatened to close my bank account and trust me the bank did not like that at all. SO ameriplan said they will mail me a cancelation form to send back in no later then 10 business days or no refund so we agreed and I actually was send 5 of the same form to fillout for each charge adn mailed it back and 1 month later I had a full refund. After that I went back to the bank to update them and they had told me the suggest now i get a new bank card so I did and that ended that problem. Whatever you do. Never join them and be carful with your credit card onlnie and offline.
