Review:	I too thought that the infomercial was too good to be true, but I had the materials sent to me and reviewed them in a week. I do not have any experience in real estate or note buying. I felt very insecure handling this product. Fortunately--after reading this site---and my first phone call from a sales associate--I sent everything back UPS--for a tracking number and proof of delivery back to their Customer Service location. I didn't keep anything because I did not want any excuses of not providing a refund. Hopefully as promised--I'll get my refund of $119.00. I was lucky---comparied to many others. Next time--I'll check the web before I order amything. My thanks to all who took the time for their imput.
