I bought the material recently and reviewed the information. I found it easier to learn when I listened to the audio CD's. It doesn't seem like a bad deal so far. It all really makes sense to me. I was able to find 200 note holders and that's only with the last name Smith online at my County's Courthouse website. That gave me a lot of encouragement. I understand everything that Russ is explaining and I'm eager to learn more. Right now I'm only concentrating on flipping notes so I don't have to use any of my own money. I agree that the show he aired made it seem a lot easier, but I believe that with time it will only get easier. The more experience you have at something the easier it is. If any of you out there are still skeptical about this, ask yourself how hard you really tried to learn the information. Maybe you were expecting too much too soon or you gave up too quickly. Or maybe I'm naive and haven't seen the downside to this yet. Well, I'll keep you all posted. Good luck. |
