Review:	Buy real estate with no money down and no credit? Yes, it's possible , but the chance is very low. It's just like winning the lottery, yes, it's possible, but the chance is close to nothing. Not even my father will sell his house to me with no money down. You might be able to find someone who would do that after 20 years of searching.
