Review:	My bank merged chg my bank acct. C. Sheets called & I said send a bill and I send certified check for balance. I advised I had not received a bill and siad we were in te process of buring my 22 yr old nephew in a motorcycle wreck. the csr rep was rude and supver said "I guess you want me to say boo hoo and clear you bill since you had a death". The csr are rude and a rip off. In our state it is illegal to buy a property with no down payment. Sorry I didn't see this before I purchased the garbage.
