Review:	My wife and I decided to try no money down course about 7 years ago. More my wife than me. We spent 2 hours every day reading the course and listening to the tapes. You have to be serious and dedicated. We also cruised neighborhoods and talked to real estate agents. We studied our local paper for real estate ads. We studied the course for 3 months from start to finish and did all the homework. Two months later we owned 4 rentals. That is enough for us to manage. We have had a couple of bad renters but got thru it. Tenant screening doesn't tell you how people live. I think the course is worth it but you have to study it and do the homework. It can work. Having good credit and a good mortgage broker helps. We only found one house for no money down but it allowed us to buy the other three.
