Review:	I bought Mr. Sheets "No Money Down" course back in 1996, and used his suggestions to purchase 2 townhouses with no money down. I also used his suggestions on finding and keeping good tennants, unfortunately for me, I did not completely follow all of his advice due to the fact that I needed to get one of my townhouses rented right away, or face having to make 2 mortgage payments, so I didn't take the time to thoroughly investigate my tennant's integrity as Mr. Sheets suggested, and as a result, I had a bad tennant, but I do not blame Mr. Sheets, since he warned me about how to get a good tennant, and I did not do my homework! His suggestions, the forms he gives you to use are all very good and if you follow his instructions, you will do good in the real estate business. My failure is not Mr. Sheets responsibility, but my own for not listening to my teacher!
