I was charged $2995 on June 2nd for a weekend seminar that was to take place 2 weeks later. On June 4th I decided to cancel and I returned my cancellation form before my 3 days were up. I was told that my cancellation request had been filed. Here it is August 5th and I still have not received my refund from Robert Allen. I have been told that the requests are in but they just have not been processed yet. I have lost all respect for this man and his company and I do not want any more contact from them. My credit card company will charge him back for my $2995 charge. |
