Robert Allen and other RE seminar Gurus are such a scam, but I must admit they are good at their sales pitch. After the seminar, people walk out with stars in their eyes and credit card debt. Yes, I was fooled by RA and bought up to the 3rd seminar level (about $20,000 total). Am I a fool? Well, I didn't think so at the time and I am an educated person. His appeal to me was the comparison to a college education which costs "it takes monewy to make money" and of course his money back garauntee (NOT!). I worked the "system" hard according to the teachings but the techniques just don't work and RA doesn't provide anything you cannot get off a website or a book (i.e. no real support). When I tried for refund because I did all that was required and they also did not fulfill all their obligtations-out came the loop holes!! If you go to a free seminar, watch and listen. See how they really make money: $3000.00 for first teir training (they will sell you more latter) x 10 people=$30,000. Not a bad take for a 2 hr seminar. If you don't buy (I did not buy the first time) expect more solicitation and bigger promises, but don't expect to win in the RE market using their techniques. Also, FYI, most of your training is not tax write off (which they tell you-but are carefeul to say check with your accountant). The IRA has very specfic rules, which most people cannot qualify for! I know how RA makes his money selling seminars and prodcuts and I now know how to looose big with this tricky scam artist. DO NOT BE FOOLED |
