Review:	I found the 3 day seminar okay though everything there you can get from a couple of books. The biggest problem is the "hounding" you take to buy other products - almost all of which are not relevant in Canada. In addition, they mislead people to thinking this is easy - it is not. I have done several real estate deals before and after the presentation and it requires a huge time commitment just to 2 or 3 deals a year. Plus youneed cash people - there are no good "no money down" deals - at least I have not found them.
