I followed a 3-day seminar of Robert Allen Institute in 2008 paying $4000. First day was spent to introduce the seminar. Second day, was about the follow up courses. Third day was to recruit innocent victims for more scams by way of advanced courses. The course materials were all based on USA real estate market and USA hard money lender info whereas the seminar was advertised for Canadian real estate market!
Later, upon receiving an e-mail from one of Robert Allen’s accomplices, I was so fooled to join another scam of him called Enligtened Wealth Institute. I was sent some poorly printed material (with missing pages!). The course was via phone and the instructors talk about the USA real estate market which is irrelevant to Canada. The course was advertised for different money making options apart from real estate investment such as stock market, infopreneuring, internet marketing. But those courses start in the year 2011. I paid $1000 to register for the course. Later, because of irrelevant information and poorly printed course materials, I asked for a refund. Instead, this scam guru’s accomplices are trying to get more money than the so called outstanding amount through a collection agency.
I would like to request earnestly, especially from all Canadians, to be aware of this Robert G. Allen scam guru and his accomplices and to stay away from his “Nothing Down” plot.
