Review:	In short .just another scam and I fell for it.Karl Noons was the presenter at a Vancouver seminar on Nov 3 ,2008.I paid my tuition and instead of being provided with new methods of foreclosure purchase, Karl emailed me a list of real estate websites that me and my dog could have cobbled together over a bowl of Alpo and a few beer on google in maybe 2 hours. Karl dismissed my concerns as being negative, refusing further dialogue.Cancelling within the contractual timeframe with TED in Florida, who called me "stupid and amazingly shortsighted". TEDS whole demeanour was that I was really not worth talking to.He was hostile and belligerent Right now I am still trying to get my money back and if I have to sue for damages and it takes 3 years I dont care.These guys are WAY OUT OF LINE.DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!!!
