I bought the Russ Dalbey program about 20 days ago and I'll tell you it is indeed work, but what business isn't. Any business you first start is going to cost you money.
I agree with those of you who got the call to invest $2000-$12000 I disagree with paying for mentoring when its something that they claim to be giving me within the first year.
The fact of the matter is that success will not occur overnight. Most likely you may not even make a deal within your first 30 days but stick in there.
I've read several books on real estate and I'm an Economics major at Penn State Univ. and all the books speak about selling your newly sold financed home for immediate cash.
In no way is this a scam because you can go to a bank and they'll do this same thing but with this program you get a little more education and knowledge about the money you could possibly make by finding people who have these notes. Not only are you helping those with the notes but your helping those with the money to purchase the note and yourself make a quick $2000-$5000 in one deal.
I will post again on this website after I complete my first deal and it will more than likely be within the 30 days of my original purchase of the product.
