I am not sure of everyone's basis in believing this is a scam. Notes have been around for many years and will continue to be around for years to come. I have done extensive research with experienced professionals in the realty industry, and although everyone may not be partial to the cash flow business, they have repeatedly confirmed the business as legitimate.
Look folks, the cash flow business is simply a transfer of monies. I am sure many of you home owners have had your mortgages sold to other mortgage companies. My mortgage has been sold three times out of the twelve years of residency. This is considered note selling and is a common practice with major Mortgage corporations.
Again, this may not be a quick, get rich process and cannot be done overnight (as with most opportunities) as represented on the Russ Dalbey's infomercial, it is definitely a legitimate business. I believe there are only three states in which an individiual has to have their brokers license, otherwise it is fair game.
The only scam as far as I can see, is the misrepresentation of how easy it can be done. Otherwise good luck to all those persons that are apart of the Cash Flow Notes industry. |
