Raymond Aaron
Raymond Aaron is a Canadian real estate expert who has been teaching his wealth creating principles for more than two decades. Some of Raymond's programs include Chicken Soup for the Soul, the Success Workshop, the Monthly Mentor, the Wealth Creator Source, and similar others. To me, Raymond comes across more as a motivational guru than a real estate guru. Raymond Aaron conducts regular seminars to teach and popularize his wealth creating principles. He also often appears on many talk shows and radio programs. His seminars are very much different from those of other marketers. Raymond does not try to force you into buying his course. Actually, he comes across as a very practical person and even offers discounts to returning students. In my opinion Raymond Aaron is not the problem here; it's his course that's the problem. Raymond Aaron's course on real estate is very conservative and because of that even if you do it perfectly it doesn't promise sizable returns. I would say you can attend his seminars just to listen to how he talks about his experiences and tells various stories about the business of real estate. I hold a lot more appreciation for his speech delivery rather than the subject matter of his seminars. The point of Raymond Aaron's seminars and courses is to educate people on different ethics of business and explains how to conduct a profitable business while at the same time doing it ethically and honestly. This is something that I obviously agree with but it doesn't have too much worth if the "profitability" side of the equation is not existent. You can gather very few actual lessons in real estate from Raymond's courses and you will be forced to scout the Internet for more details. Additionally, most of the info you will get from him is not worthwhile because you can use common sense and knowledge to figure out exactly what he teaches you. Raymond Aaron mainly delivers a persistent message through his courses. He stresses on the benefits of owning a business, even if small. He says, and I agree, that it's better than being a victim of downsizing of companies. His web site posts many interviews with many successful businesspersons whose success is very motivating and invigorating for other beginners. However, there is no mention anywhere on his web site about how and where to start from to set up your own business. Therefore, Raymond Aaron comes across as a successful entertainer and motivator, but he cannot claim to be a great real estate guru. I don't have the time, money or desire to deal with the high risk and hassles of real estate so I stick to a different program that's a lot easier. You may have never heard of this before but when you look closely at the details, you'll quickly discover why I love it so much.
