Rather, these are spammers. You keep getting innumerable mails every day. Lou Vukas has sold his book to ForeClosureWorld.net. It is better to avoid ordering Lou Vukas' book. However, if you do order it, you will receive a phone call even before you receive the book. This call from Lou Vukas' office staff tries to convince you the necessity of additional information and mentoring costing you a neat sum of $8,000. However, these tactics are common among most fake real estate marketers on the Internet. Real estate takes a longtime to provide results and it is not any quick-rich scheme. Besides, you have to put in lot of hard work too. Competition in real estate markets is very stiff and high. You need to spend many hours negotiating and transacting with sellers, buyers, and dealers. Although everybody aspires to start making big money soon after starting with real estate business, it is not that simple or quick. Some even spend a decade before earning something substantial. Lou Vukas' book does not delve into these details. The information in the book is marginal and insufficient to understand everything about real estate. There are many language and grammatical errors in the book too. Besides, Lou tries to sell foreclosure lists of properties going into foreclosure. However, you can easily get such lists free and you do not have to shell out huge sums of money for such foreclosure lists. Besides, most of the foreclosures are outdated and therefore useless. Lou Vukas also seems to have links with Russ Dalbey of America's Note Network. They charge you exorbitant amounts of $3,000-$5,000 for their program. Rather, the information is worth only $100. Such overcharging is very unjustified. Hence, Lou Vukas' book and the information within is not worthy of buy. It is best to stay away from all this. Even simple topics in the book seem to be a copy version of other books on the same topic. I don't have the time, money or desire to deal with the high risk and hassles of real estate so I stick to a different program that's a lot easier.
