Kevin Trudeau is a very popular name in various info commercials appearing on television. Kevin Trudeau produced his info commercials under the banner of Mega Systems International, Inc. He had no regard for false advertising laws and promoted many poor products such as Mega Memory System, Hair Farming, An Addiction Breaking System, Eden's Secret, Action Reading System, and The Mega Reading System. Kevin Trudeau was aware of the fact that people normally switch off television during info commercials. Therefore, he deceptively devised his info commercials to resemble television programs. He tried to make his advertising seem as if it is pure news and not any paid advertisement. He could often be seen interviewing his guests as if they were experts instead of just advertisers. FTC put a strong protest against such tactics. Now many television info commercials come with a disclaimer notice before every infomercial. Kevin Trudeau has always been associated with false promises, deception, wrongful advertising, willful misleading of public, and lies. Kevin Trudeau has been into deep trouble since 1998. Despite all the fines and humiliation, he always seems to be coming up with some type of other new product or scheme. Although the latest goal of the FTC is to push Kevin completely out of business, it could be a difficult task. Kevin Trudeau always finds some or the other way to come up with an angle for usurping your money and making it his. The Federal Trade Commission has instructed Kevin to pay $500,000 in consumer redress. Besides that, he is no longer allowed to make any claims about his products to the public. Furthermore, Kevin Trudeau and his company have to provide sufficient and appropriate proof for any product or program they advertise in the future. Presently, the FTC has banned Kevin Trudeau from making any false claims without a scientific proof. Kevin had wrongly advertised that a coral calcium product can cure cancer and similar serious diseases. Similarly, he claimed that Biotape, an analgesic, can relieve and even cure severe pain. However, Kevin is paying for his mistakes. Kevin Trudeau is to pay $500,000 in cash and transfer ownership of his residential property in California. He also has to transfer ownership of his luxury vehicle. Presently, Kevin needs to pay $2 million for monetary judgments against him. If further investigations reveal that Kevin had misrepresented his wealth, he has to pay $20 million. I would try and avoid this guy if I were you ;) Warmly
