John T Reed is a real estate investor. John has few books to his credit on topics like success in life, real estate investments, and similar others. In other words, John T Reed is a self-proclaimed guru. He is trying to dupe other gullible through his real estate investment techniques. In reality, John T Reed is a failure. John admits to having bought only twelve properties in his full career. This shows the extent of real estate knowledge of John. John does not have full information or knowledge of real estate investing. With whatever little knowledge he has, John has authored books. Hence, his books contain incomplete information. Using information from his book cannot assure you of success in your real estate investments. John's books lack originality. They seem like cut and paste articles from his newsletter. Sometimes, John tries to compare other real estate marketers and their books. John categorically states his books to be of better standard and quality than of others. This is unjustified. Besides, you need not decry other's works just to justify or draw attention to your work. This is a wrong principle in life. However, John is an honest man. He clearly states that the various techniques and strategies in different real estate books only make the authors rich. If it were so easy and simple to buy and sell properties and earn huge sums, then these people had better do that than writing and selling books on real estate. Simply put, you earn more by selling books on real estate than by taking pains to invest in real estate. There is no shortcut to success. If you want to succeed in real estate investments, you have to struggle to achieve success. Creativity holds the key. Some of John's reviews and views on his web site show maturity and carry content. Nevertheless, most of them are way away from the facts. John advises you to publish details of your portfolio on the web site. This is absurd as there is no need to publish these details of your business. In all, I do not recommend John T Reed. I don't have the time, money or desire to deal with the high risk and hassles of real estate so I stick to a different program that's a lot easier.
