This book details how to buy real estate properties for pennies by taking advantage of distressed properties. Additionally, with this book, you also receive Making Money with Free & Clear Properties on the Internet book and a Quick Start Video and Free & Clear CD to Hottest links. It may seem like John Beck offers quite substantial amount of material for only $50. However, the main problem is that once you purchase the book, you will receive many calls from John Beck's office. They try to coerce you into buying further programs, which could help you start and develop your real estate business still better. All these are just tactics to sign for the real estate package of $7,995. Basically, John Beck's book is nothing but a marketing strategy that actually tricks you into paying $50 to sign up on his call list! It's just John Beck's way of earning huge money, and believe me when I say that he is the only one who will be making millions. He offers a consulting program for the $8,000 but you cannot personally meet any counselor. All consultations are done only through the telephone and you never get to meet John Beck or anybody else in person. Although John Beck tries to sell his real estate program of cashing through distressed properties, he has not been able to make good money doing this himself. He has made his millions by marketing his products to unsuspecting people. The theories John Beck uses in his book are not as simple as they sound either. His tactics often border on the illegal and you need to have extensive experience in tax and real estate to get a hold over the lingo in the book. Only then can you even think about trying to use his theories to make money in real estate. I don't waste my time with fake real estate gurus anymore because I found something that's a lot better.
