Loral Langemeier
Loral Langemeier is a real estate investment guru who markets several of her products on the internet. I'm happy to see a woman being successful in a field that's highly dominated by men. However, it’ll take more than that to get a positive review from me. Does Loral Langemeier fit the bill? After going through her material I have to say that she's is quite a lot like many other real estate 'gurus' that I've reviewed, which is a bit disappointing. She did well in the motivational department, as after her reading her book I could see how excited her readers could get about taking hold of their financial future and taking action. The problem is that Loral Langemeier doesn't show you what the actual 'action' you should be taking is which will result in becoming wealthy. She gives you some general directions but a lot of it is the same as in many other books. For example, she advises that you work with her team of professionals which is basically and up-sell just like most other real estate gurus have. Loral Langemeier also subscribes to the idea that all millionaires think differently from poorer people and that if you could only think like a millionaire then you will surely become one. Obviously this isn't true but it's definitely a great sell to someone whose desperately trying to become more wealthy. Overall I think it's great that Loral Langemeier is making headway in a male dominated industry. From a motivational standpoint I think her writing is pretty good, but it just doesn't have enough 'meat and potatoes' for my taste. It'll get you up and moving (which is always great) but no specific instructions on how to start getting rich.
