Mazu and Matt Gagnon

This is a pretty tough question but I think by the end of this article, you'll have a much better idea ...but with a wily character like Matt Gagnon, I'm not sure anyone really knows the truth.

Matt Gagnon and Mazu tend to be one in the same as the "reviews" written on the Mazu site are all signed by Matt Gagnon so for the rest of this article, I'll just stick to Mazu. While Matt Gagnon signs all the articles, who knows if he's really writing them all or if he just signs all Mazu articles as his own?

In either case I'll just stick to Mazu rather than Matt Gagnon from here on out OK?

Besides, I disclose some amazing "dirt" surrounding Mazu in other articles so for now I want to stick to one of my favorite topics ...hair.

Hair? ....are you kidding? What the heck does "hair" have to do with the truth about Mazu?

And I already promised you that I'd stick to Mazu the company and not Matt Gagnon so this is not about Matt's hair ...trust me here!

And for all you guys out there that don't understand women's hair psychology, you're about to learn about more than just the Mazu truth.

Now I want you to close your eyes for a second and think back to the most "courageous" hair style one of your friends tried on the recommendation of her "stylist". That image should pop up big and poofy and bring a little smirk to your face ...right?

Oh ...My ...God ...how could you ...or rather, how could she. What the heck was she thinking when she tried that one?

But you're her friend, and definitely not the type to insult someone for a momentary lack of judgment, so you did what all good friends would do ...you lied. You lied through your teeth with a "cat swallowed the canary" frozen plastic grin on your face to hide the horror of what you were really thinking ...and seeing.

Unfortunately, not everyone was as forgiving as you. And it didn't take long before the ugly truth was lying flat out on the table like a drunken frat boy who just chugged two pitchers of malt liquor.

The truth about Mazu comes out the same way your friend learned the truth about that hair style. When the first couple of girls started "buzzing" about your friends new hair, it was easy enough for her to think they were jealous, or had no taste and definitely no sense of style ...they were fashion laggards after all!

But pretty soon, that mild buzz is a load roar. It's not just a couple girls making petty comments anymore, it's all the girls! And the guys aren't helping much ...in fact, they're acting like complete jerks (sorry guys, sometimes you do)! And now your friend needs to look herself squarely in the eye and admit that the reflection in the mirror is not a pretty sight at all.

And this is the same truth about Mazu. Because Mazu believes one truth while the rest of the world believes another, opposite, truth. And when there's just one person "buzzing" about Mazu, the truth is hard to determine, but when it's Mazu against the world, the truth is a little easier to figure out.

The latest "truth" with Mazu involves his raging battle about e-currency. Now I'm not even going to touch that issue here but I want you to look at the Mazu website after reading this. Notice how Mazu is always on the opposite side of the truth from the rest of the folks he writes about.

Now Mazu will claim to be the only one telling the truth, kind of like the caped crusader of the internet business opportunity world I suppose, fighting evil and injustice at every corner. But this "truth" telling has landed Mazu in the legal courts several times in the past for other programs that Mazu promoted ...not just e-currency.

The evidence of this (listed below) is just one of the Mazu adventures with the courts.

Matt Gagnon and Mazu Publishing Company are currently defendants awaiting trial for false advertising under the Lanham Act, 25 U.S.C. §1125(a), libel per se, interference with contract false advertising under California Business & Professions Code sections 17200 et seq. and section 17500 not to mention false statements of fact and misrepresentations of fact in their solicitation and advertising in internet commerce.

The defendants Gagnon and Mazu Publishing Company have acted with knowledge of the falsity of their statements and with the express intent of causing competitive injury to the innocent victims involved.

The acts of Mr. Gagnon and Mazu Publishing Company, by making false and defamatory statements have misled the public concerning services and products.

Mr. Gagnon, the defendant awaits his time to stand before a federal judge for his actions of malice, fraud, and oppression which will be proved at his trial. They are as follows: For punitive and exemplary and treble damages pursuant to Civil Code section 25 U.S.C. §1117 , in an amount of at least $1,000,000.00 and $500,000.00 for actual damages.

Mr. Gagnon had his first hearing in March of 2005.

Mazu claims that that they "settled" this case with Jason Isaksen but I find it interesting that Mazu has removed every instance of Jason Isaksen's name and business from the Mazu website.

Did Mazu need to readdress the truth about Jason Isaksen or was Mazu not telling the truth about Jason Isaksen to begin with? I'm not sure and Mazu isn't talking, but here again was a case of the Mazu "truth" against the rest of the world's truth.

Is Mazu telling the truth now? Or is Mazu just "smearing" the rest of the world so he can promote his MLM? You decide.
