These opportunities advertise to offer you work from home assembly jobs where you essentially need to assemble different parts and produce concrete items like a plaything, doll, a game and so on.  The assembly work needs to be done according to the instructions provided by  the company.

Normally, assembly work companies advertise through different publications or on the Internet.  You have to buy all the necessary materials from the company and then start your work from home assembly job.

You work according to given instructions from the company.  However, once you complete the job and are ready with your assembled unit, company does not offer you any payment.
